Cleaning hair off the bathroom floor can be a nasty task as it has a stubborn way of sticking on carpets, rugs, and wet tiles. Here are some tips on how to clean ‘em nasties:
Prevention. Try to keep hair off the bathroom floor in the first place. Gentlemen, please place a towel over the sink before shaving and trimming. All short bristles will fall on the towel which can be taken outside for a good shake. Ladies, do the same when brushing your hair.
Cleaning. Despite good preventive measures, it won’t be surprising to find a bit of stray hair ending up on the floor nevertheless. The easiest way to clean hair is when the floor is dry. You can use a regular vacuum cleaner for this.
If the floor is wet, you can try one of those sweeper products. But a damp rag can also take care of the problem easily. Just wipe over the tiles or bathroom sinks, making sure you pick up the hair. Take outside and submerge rag in a pail or basin of water. Hair will float. Dispose of water.
