Nails

Do you want to have healthy, beautiful nails that are strong enough to grow long? Here are some easy tips on how to do exactly that:

Nails are made out of the same stuff as your hair. So whatever advice people say about keeping hair healthy is the same for keeping nails healthy as well. Keep your nails trimmed (at your desired length) for less breakage. Keep your nails out of the sun.

Eat well. Foods rich in protein, vitamin B, vitamin E, and calcium. They will not only make your nails healthy, but your skin, hair, and bones as well.

Keep yourself hydrated.
Not only will this be good for your whole body, but your hair, nails, and eyes will not dry up as easily as well. Stick to the 8 glasses of water everyday and you’ll be fine.Do not abuse your nails. Wear protective gloves when doing hard work with your hands. Do not use your nails to pry open lids or some other stuff.

Take some time to pamper your hands. Massage them, including your nails and fingertips for a few minutes everyday. You can use lotion or hand salves. Better yet, use coconut oil or olive oil. If you have the resources, get a manicure regularly. You can do this on your own or have it professional done.
