Guys should be at the top of their game. You can do that by staying fit and having a winning lifestyle. Of course it’s easier to just live as you please and do only the things that make you happy but if you want to look your best, you have to make sacrifices.
Avoid getting a serious disease. Stroke, high blood pressure, cancers, heart problems and many others are just waiting to happen if you’re not conscious of your lifestyle. Needless to say, illness can limit what you can do. Monitor your weight so you can be in control of your body. It also works the other way around.
Use your BMI (Body Mass Index) and WHR (Waist-to-Hip Ratio) when you want to find out if you’re overweight or underweight. Either way, you need to be within the proper weight boundaries to keep an active lifestyle. Proper weight management can help.
You may not be able to change your genes, but you can do something about the food you eat and the things you do. So don’t blame your obesity to your parents because you can avoid it.
Stretch often. If you start feeling lazy and sleepy anytime you shouldn’t be, do some basic stretching exercise. Walk around the house or your office to burn some extra fat.
Help out with the chores even when it’s not your turn. You’ll burn more calories and you feel more tired so you can go to sleep faster.
Eat slowly. Guys are known to have a bigger appetite than women, and eating faster just forces you to take in more calories than you essentially need. Eating slowly will make you feel full sooner than if you eat faster.

1Thanks for the informative article. It just seems like the world has turned obese at such a fast pace it really is scary. I have struggled with weight for my whole life and finally have a grip on it after 30 years of suffering from diet-itis!! It really helps to know what you are doing and you don’t have to work nearly as hard when you do. Go to this site http://kevkev227.stripfat.hop.clickbank.net/ It was recommended to me by a friend and it really changed my thinking and helped me turn the tide and finally lose weight and keep it off without the constant struggle and fluctuations. I have lost over 50 lbs and kept it off. I finally have enough energy to keep up with my children. Best of luck to every one of you who knows what it is like to struggle to lose weight…hope this makes your life easier!!
