Glowing Skin

Here are more grooming tips for the busy 21st century woman:

Got pimples? Whatever you do, don’t keep on touching them with your bare hands. The dirt will only make it worse. Don’t pop, as much as possible as they usually subside on their own. What you can do instead is to clean your skin once in the morning, and in the evening before you go to sleep. You can also use an acne cleanser before you apply make-up before going to work. This will prevent further irritation. There is also foundation that heals blemishes so you can try that too. Keep make up light.

Simply no time for a manicure? An easy way to groom your nails is to keep them short. File the rough edges while you are sitting in the tub, or watching TV. You can also apply a thin coat of clear polish. Drink plenty of fluids and use hand lotion to keep your nails hydrated.

As for your hair, you can deeply condition it once a week to keep it looking shiny and hydrated. When you take a bath, simply apply deep conditioner to your hair. Cover it with a plastic shower cap. Sit in your tub for a while and relax. When you’re done, you can simply wash the conditioner off.
