Relax

How long has it been since you felt glamorous? Being beautiful is largely dependent on the outside as it is on the inside. With your busy schedule, you probably don’t have the time to give yourself the pampering you deserve. But with a few minutes you can turn back time and also a few heads.

Wake up 10 minutes earlier than your usual waking time and do some basic stretching. Warming up your muscles before you start your busy day is a good way to rev up. Not only does it help your body system, it also prepares your mind that the day full of activities is about to start.

Invest on a good makeup kit. Toss your old, cracking powders in the bin and buy a whole new set. No more cakey foundation and icky lipstick. You need a makeup update.

Bring a mini makeup kit for retouch–something small enough to fit in your bag with a few basics: cheek tint, eyeliner and a lip gloss. You never know when you need to redo your look. So the best rule is to always look you best, whether or not you’re expecting something special.

Take multivitamins everyday. Fight your stress with adding more nutrients and minerals in your system. Help your body manage all your work and improve your immune system.

Moisturize. If you don’t apply lotion or any body moisturizer, your skin will be more prone to wrinkles.

Get your nails done. You need to take care of your fingers and toes because guys notice these body parts.

Get a new haircut. If you’re still wearing the same hair as six months ago, then it’s about time to go back to your stylist because you’re way out of fashion.
