The boss at some point actually started putting me up at the top where i have always been and like other managers have always kinda kept me as their right hand man. was almost there again and then i screwed up. was about to get axed and didn't let it get to that and quit. I got a conflict of interest deal going with a coworker and fell for her and told her how i felt and proposed in email form over the weekend while chatting. She took a dager to the heart and one to my back as well, she gave all the messages to the boss and then acted like she didn't know me and like if i was an alien from mars. lol. i kinda deserve that i guess and much more but there goes my ten year run down the drain, my job and career and lifes work gone. not sure opening up my big mouth was worth it. don't even think i qualify for unemployment at this rate. lol. hope my luck turns for the better instead of staying at the worst here. To be perfectly honest if you've observed any/all of the above then the descision's already been made... I doubt anything you do would sway their descision once that bridge has been crossed.
