There is nothing like a good night’s sleep to perk you up in the morning. Even though there can be many factors that contribute into getting restful sleep, one big consideration is the bed that you use.
When buying beds, you would want to consider the size, the cost, and of course, the comfort. Try out the beds. Lie down and feel how comfortable it is. Is it too soft? Will it be good for your back? If you’re planning to buy beds anytime soon, here is a list of the bed types most commonly sold at stores:
Waterbeds use water instead of the usual spring, foam, or air. If you want to feel like you’re being cradled, the water bed with its gentle movement and warming sensation would be just the thing for you. The catch? Waterbeds are more expensive and they require regular maintenance.
Memory foam beds are of course, made of foam. The good thing about them is that they conform to your body so if you have a back problem, this bed will help ease the tension on your problem areas. Stores have a wide selection of foam beds and they also come in good prices too.
Inner spring coil mattresses are the most common of the lot. Buy one that has lots of padding and spring. If you can feel each individual spring, be sure to expect an aching back in the morning.
Air beds are a bit more expensive but the good thing about air beds is that you can adjust their firmness by pumping air into it or letting some of it out.
