If someone mentioned your name during the rumour, stand up &amp; talk back... what is wrong with him &amp; scold him... you have to be bold &amp; speak with brave tone. Never intrigue a fight but remember intention is to show that you&#039;re not weak. 

Another method is to do the opposite you said. Prove to them you&#039;re not what they said (only if they&#039;re rumouring something you&#039;re not). Dress up stronger character &amp; speak with courage (even if you have to pretend it) will help. 

Afterall we don&#039;t want to wake up another day of the same fear again. 

Be careful the next time you share a personal story with another person before getting to know better.
