Is your boss always “preaching?” Can’t you get anything right in his eyes?
First of all, try to focus on the content of what your boss is saying. Your boss’ may not be attacking you personally but his perfectionism might have just gotten the better of him. Sometimes, some people just can’t speak without
using a brash tone. Simply tune out the tone and pay attention to his words.
If your boss does this regularly and for no reason, then it is time to put things into action. Do not answer back, especially if you’re also in a temper. This will surely land you in the unemployed sector.
Note down the time, the place, and the words that your boss is saying. If you can record it the better. You will need all these when you file a complaint. Provide strong arguments and give strong proofs if needed.
