Adding Veggies to Your Diet
Here are some fun and yummy ways on how to incorporate more vegetables in your day-long meals. This way you can stay fit and healthy without even going on a diet:
For breakfast you can make a delicious omelettes from diced up vegetables such as onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, eggplant, and other veggies of your choice. You can also opt for pastries and breads that have vegetables in them such as carrots, spinach, pumpkin, and zucchini.
For lunch or dinner, you’ll have more choices such as having a nice salad, again from vegetables of your own choice. You can eat them as is or you can add dressing. You can also have steamed vegetables with rice or veggie pasta. Casseroles, stews, and soups are also hearty alternatives.
For snacks, you can munch on raw or steamed vegetables with your favorite dips. You can also make chips from potatoes, sweet potatoes, and other root vegetables.
