Buying Baby Food
Although it is certainly more healthy and inexpensive to make your own baby food, there are certain circumstances that will make you resort to store-bought baby food. For those said instances, be sure to keep in mind the following:
Read the labels to make sure that the food is age-appropriate. Check the ingredients in case your baby is allergic to something.
Research on the advantages and disadvantages of organic baby food. They can be healthier alternatives but they can also be more expensive.
There are coupons available for baby food as well. Look for sales and don’t forget to bring your coupons with you the next time you shop.
Don’t overstock. Check the expiration date. Buy a jar for each flavor and find out which your baby likes.
