Do you wish to change your name on Facebook? Here is what you do:

Go to your account and log in. Go to the Account Settings by clicking the Account on the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Click Settings and choose “Account Settings” from the dropdown menu.

You will be brought to a page where you have your personal information. This is where you can enter your request. Look for “Name” which is at the top of the options. Click. Make the changes you want in the appropriate fields.

Proofread your entries. Submit request by clicking the “Change Name” button. Changes will not be seen immediately (up to 24 hours) as this will have to be reviewed and approved (or denied).
