Wedding shoes should be chosen carefully, especially if you are the bride. You will be doing a lot of standing, and walking, and dancing.
Make sure that they fit.
The best type of heels are not stilettos. Try those with wide heels or wedges because they can support more of your body weight. Heel height should be low to medium only. You may wear higher ones during the ceremony but bring spare ones for the reception.
Soft material such as leather or sude for the insole will also prevent any blistering from too much walking or movement.
Wear simple shoes, especially if your gown has lace. Your dress might get caught .
Break in your shoes, if they’re new. Wear them around the house for 15 minutes everyday, about a week before the wedding.
