Getting a hangover is something that almost everybody goes through once in his or her lifetime. If you ever get a hangover, these tips might help:
Drink lots of water. It’s important that you hydrtae your body. It will also help alleviate the more painful symptoms of your hangover. This is important too if you happen to vomit.
You can also try drinking a glass of orange juice or eat banana with honey. The sugar will help your body to easily metabolise the alcohol. The nutrients from the fruit will also help replace those which have been lost.
Tea, especially ginger tea, also works well to alleviate nausea. It also soothes upset stomach. Soda crackers or dry toast can also help you from feeling sick. Eat in small quantities.
