Here are more reasons why it’s difficult to get some children to eat
during meal time:
Reflect on your own attitude about food. Your children might only be
following your own eating habits and manners. If you wish to be more
credible, start on your own eating habits.
Make sure your children engage in physical activities. Play with them
in the backyard or park. The acivity will make them feel hungry and
hungry enough to eat even the “yucky” but nutritious food.
Do not force your children to eat anything. This will only make them
hate the food all the more. Be sure to serve just enough portion size.
Or learn to secretly add the food they hate in foods they like. For
example, grated carrots can be added to spaghetti sauce and they won’t even notice it.
