One of the greatest ways for a more relaxing sleep is to set the environment for a perfect night of peaceful slumber.

Establish a sleeping routine. The body and mind can be trained to sleep at a specific time and wake up at a specific time through repetition, and thus making it a habit.

Remove your laptop, your phone, and the TV to make sure that you won’t be disturbed by noise and other distractions. Set the thermostat at a cool (not too warm, and not too cold) temperature. Plump up your pillows and rid the bedding of crumbs and other stuff that can make it uncomfortable. Dim the lights too.

Avoid strenuous exercises or anything stimulating before bedtime. Caffeine should not be consumed after 4 PM. Wear loose-fitting and comfortable clothes.
