Children need some quiet time for themselves. Believe it or not, but children too can get stressed by the activities they do throughout the day.
The best quiet time for kids is when they nap. Allow them to take a maximum of an hour during the morning or in the afternoon. If it’s in the afternoon, make sure that they do this about 2 PM.
If your children are little bookworms, then allow them to sit in their room curled up with their favorite books. Make sure that the environment is quiet and there are no other distractions.
If you have creative kids, you can play soft songs on low volume in the background and leave drawing and painting materials with them. Let them express their emotions through art.
On a nice weather, you can also have a stroll with your child in the park or you can sit in the backyard with a glass each of fruit juice, simply looking at the view and relax.
