Taking Care of Psoriasis
Psoriasis is a skin condition in which skin cells start growing rapidly and therefore producing patches of excess cells on the skin. If you have psoriasis, you should:
Keep your skin moisturized since this condition makes the skin really dry. Use mild moisturizer at least three times a day to prevent irritation and itchiness.
Be careful of the clothes or material that comes in contact with your skin. Cotton and other soft fabric is best for people
with sensitive skin. Synthetic material can only cause irritation.
Wear loose and comfortable clothing. Tight clothing can also cause irritation as it prevents skin from breathing.
Use natural-based products instead of chemical-based ones. Chemical based soaps, shampoo, and other skin products can be too harsh for the skin.
