Here are tips on how to make sweet colored popcorn:
Pop 2 packages of plan popcorn according to the instructions on the
package/box. Be sure to use unsalted butter instead. When done, leave
to cool a bit.
Pick the best popcorn balls and place in a large bowl. Be sure to
cover it so that it won’t turn soft and chewy.
In a saucepan, melt a cup of sugar and about 4-5 tablespoons of honey.
Stir mixture under medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Let the
dissolved sugar boil for 5 minutes and then turn the heat off. Add a
drop of your desired food color. The more drops, the darker the color.
You can divide the mixture so you can do plenty of colors.
Pour the caramel into the popcorn and mix the caramel and the popcorn
until the latter is evenly coated. Be careful of the syrup as it is
